2. Services
We provide vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, MOT and related services. Service availability and pricing are as communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule work where necessary.
3. Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed slot until we contact you. We will confirm or propose an alternative date/time. You must provide accurate contact and vehicle details.
4. Cancellation and no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We may apply a cancellation policy for repeated no-shows or late cancellations. We may cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances (e.g. staff illness, parts delay) and will notify you promptly.
5. Payment and liability
Payment terms will be agreed at or before the service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, save where prohibited by law. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
6. Data and privacy
We use your contact and vehicle information only to process your booking and provide the service. We do not sell your data. We may retain records for legal and operational purposes. By booking, you consent to this use of your data.
